Candidate Statement
If selected as chapter leader, my goal would be to strengthen engagement, retention, and recruitment through strategic growth rooted in inclusion and meaningful connection. By enhancing onboarding, expanding mentorship across career stages, and shaping programming through member feedback, we can create clear value at every level of membership. By fostering a culture where every member feels seen, supported, and represented, we strengthen not only our chapter, but our collective impact.
