The policies for listing events not organized by ASID Texas Chapter leaders on our calendar are as follows:

  • Events organized by ASID Texas Chapter members (Industry Partners/Affiliates, Practitioners/Educators, Students) will be included.
  • Events organized by those who are not ASID members and are for-profit businesses will not be included. Learn more about the benefits of ASID Affiliate Membership HERE, ASID Industry Partner membership HERE or by contacting Director of Membership Jarmila Zapata at ASID Headquarters in Washington, DC. Locally, you may also contact the ASID Texas Chapter Membership Director, Faye Nielsen, ASID Allied.

 

If this is a one day event, please list the same date for start and end.
Examples: ABC Showroom; The XYZ Building; the Home of John Doe; Online; etc.
If a virtual / online event, please leave this section blank. Address
Example 1: RSVP by April 2 to Mary Smith: 555.555.5555 or info@abccompany.com. Example 2: Register via the following link – www.abccompany.com/rsvp
Your phone number will not be included in the calendar listing unless you request it.
If different than the Organizer, be sure to list name and email address (and phone number too if you like).
Acceptable file types: .png, .jpg, .gif, .pdf. File size cannot exceed 3MB.
