The ASID Texas Chapter Fort Worth Design Community invites you to the showroom of WRG where we will come together with our professional colleagues from AIA, IIDA, and USGBC for a Gingerbread Build-Off and Holiday Reception!

Enjoy spirits, appetizers from Feastivities, music from Classical flamenco guitarist, Kevin Townson, as well as the gingerbread structures that will be on display. This Design-Build event provides an opportunity for building industry professionals to show off their design skills. Teams will construct their confections at a location of their choosing and bring them to the holiday reception for judging.

Award Categories (Cash prizes!)

• Iconic Architecture (Judged Category)
• Tallest Standing Structure (Judged Category)
• Best Interiors (Judged Category)
• People’s Favorite Holiday Themed (Voted on by Holiday Reception Attendees)

Additional Information:

• Free to attend and free to submit competition entry
• Teams will be provided starter kit of gingerbread, structural icing and a board.
