Does your company sell a product and/or service? Are interior designers a target customer for your business? Do you want to present your sales pitch every five minutes to 12 rotating groups of designers??? Then this event is for YOU!! Read the following carefully...
Introducing our first ASID Product Knowledge Speed Sessions! This round robin style of event is intended for TWELVE our industry partners/affiliates to host their own tabletop while a group of interior designers start the time with one group per table. The stopwatch will be set for five minutes, where each IP will have the opportunity to pitch their product/service with the undivided attention of the your prospective customers.
Your goal is to share valuable and enticing information about your business (think inventory, availabillity, perks to the trade, showroom details, pricing, etc), and earn enough interest to schedule your own lunch and learn with the design firms for a later date. Every five minutes, the timer will buzz, and the designer groups will rotate to the next table, basically like speed-dating!
The event will be held at the showroom of ASID Industry Partner Porcelanosa and will run from 9:30-11:30 AM on Thursday, September 19th. The rotations will begin at 9:45 AM sharp! The speed sessions will end at 11:00 AM, where our host will have time to engage the entire guest audience with the details of their products and services, and then will lead us to the rooftop cafe for light breakfast and stunning view of the city.
They will also be sure to validate your parking. While we wish we could have more than 12 IPs participate, unfortunately 12 is all we'll have time for. Our goal is to secure 12 different design firms to participate, even if only one representative of the firm attends to bring back information to their team. It's possible we'll have more than 12 firms, and probable that we'll have more than 12 guests.
Please sign up if you are interested in participating. We will open the sign-up for 15 participants (three are alternates), though we will register the first 12 who signed up, are current ASID members, and who are willing to commit to the following terms:
- $200 tabletop sponsorship donation to ASID Austin DC
- Provide own table (up to 6'), decor, supplies, chairs
- Ability to setup at 8:30am, and tear down at 11:45am.
- Provide marketing print materials and swag giveaways for guests
- Staff own table to represent your business (1 or 2 people only)
