The ASID Texas San Antonio Design Community invites you to its annual Holiday Event at the beautiful JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. We will experience colorful Christmas ice sculptures at ICE!, an amazing installation featuring elaborate scenes sculpted from 6,700 massive blocks, weighing in at a total of 2 million pounds. The carvers use chisels, chippers, tongs, handsaws, grinders, and even chainsaws to bring the experience to life.

We have reserved a private party room where we will enjoy music, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner. Don't miss this chance to kick off a festive holiday season with your interior design family in this wonderful winter wonderland!

RSVP INFORMATION:

• You must RSVP online via EventBrite. Registrations will close Friday, November 29th @ 12:00 Noon or when capacity of 40 people is reached, whichever comes first.
• ASID Members: Please be ready to provide your ASID Member number during the registration process.
• If you RSVP for a free ticket via Eventbrite and then discover you cannot attend, please be courteous by following these instructions to cancel your registration so that the Design Community volunteer organizers know and so someone can claim your spot.
• There are no refunds for paid tickets, but a different person may attend in your place should you not be able to attend. You must let the volunteer organizers know.

• ASID Members (Practioners, Educators, Affiliates & Industry Partners): $0
• Students (both ASID Members & Non-Members): $0
• Guests/Non-Members: $30
• Holiday Event Sponsors: $0 (Each one of the 4 Holiday Event Sponsors - Parking Sponsor, Food Sponsor, Bubble Sponsor & Prize Sponsor - receives one (1) complimentary ticket each, but you still much register for them.)
